The desk clerks offered really good service! They answered all my questions. They helped me with directions for rail and bus lines. The hotel staff ensured my accommodations were superb. I really appreciated their kindness. The location was close to transportation. The staff were professional and helpful. The room received daily cleaning.
The TV did not have many English-speaking channels. I suggest adding more channels or providing internet access to guests.

The hotel staff was very friendly from reception to cleaning. Breakfast included an helpful host who filled the buffet and made coffee. The hotel offers a great location near restaurants and transportation.
The bathroom door did not fully close and it lacked a lock.

i appreciated the hotel's location near the rer and metro stations, about a 100m walk. the staff were very friendly and helpful . the room was clean and featured a comfortable bed.
the hotel required a guarantee to use the room , even though the room was prepaid. i found this policy odd compared to other european hotels. i was left wondering about the reason for this requirement.

okay locationdusty hallwayfridge stains
the hotel location near transit was okay.
the rooms cleanliness wasnt good and i found dust in hallways. mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling plus yellow stains were in the fridge. i cant be certain that sheets got changed, because there was a mark.
